a transformative practice that integrates low-impact movement with mindfulness to recharge your life force energy. Through intervals of beat-based strength training, cardio release, and meditation, you will move through intensity with intention and step off your mat feeling grounded, empowered, and fully alive from the inside-out.
Alive in Flow
a Vinyasa Yoga practice that strengthens and awakens from the inside-out. Moving breath-to-movement, this practice flows through yoga postures at an intuitive pace, all set to inspiring music. Variations are offered to allow you to practice at your own level, while keeping up with the flow.
