About Dani
Dani Parker is a mindful movement instructor and community leader on a mission to reshape the way we cultivate personal and collective wellbeing. A severe spinal injury forced Dani to slow down and explore a deeper journey of healing. Through her profound experience with somatic movement, mindfulness, and breathwork, Dani not only healed physically, but also reconnected with a sense of inner vitality that she’d never tapped into before. Passionate about sharing this feeling with the world, Dani developed her signature mindful fitness practice, Come Alive™, in 2017.
